Sponsor Data Policy

For the rewards portal, we store only the username and email address as they appear on your Patreon membership.

These details come from the public or account-facing information shown on Patreon — not from unrelated personal profiles or private messages.

• Matching your sponsorship with the correct reward tier
• Letting you sign in to view and download exclusive perks
• Keeping sponsor lists in sync with Patreon

• Payment card or banking details
• Platform passwords or private account credentials
• Full social media profiles beyond the sponsor display name
• Data unrelated to verifying sponsorship status

The lounge and rewards work as a standalone site: sign in with the email linked to your Patreon account. Discord is optional — use it only if you want server access and your sponsor role. Linking Discord also unlocks the same lounge session; you do not need to sign in twice.

Sponsor records are maintained internally so rewards stay aligned with active Patreon memberships. If your username or email changes on Patreon, contact us so we can update your entry and keep your perks accessible.
